Lola's Cafe Singapore Photo

Had brunch at Lola's cafe on a Saturday morning. Overall if you love lunch and love taking photos of food, Lola is the place to be! The food is great and the dishes are really photogenic (never thought I would ever describe food as photogenic haha).

The cafe opens at 10am and when we reached at 10:05am, the waiting time is already 1 hour! No reservations during weekends :( At least the queue system was digitalised, we received an automated phone call when its nearer to our number.
Lola's cafe menu
The menu can be found at Lola Cafe's Menu (Click here!). Prices are nett and mostly below $15.

eggs benedict

I got an Avocado Eggs Benedict $15 and Ice Chocolate $6. The Ice Chocolate was diluted and underwhelming. Maybe I should have gotten the Matcha Green Tea Latte that everyone else was trying.

Avocado Eggs Benedict
The Avocado Eggs Benedict (Brioche Bread, Avocado, Poached Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce, Pork Ham, Garden Salad with Balsamic Dressing) was pretty enjoyable and filling. It is basically the most instagrammable dish I've ever eaten. I think it taste better than most other eggs benedict I've tried, can't really taste the avocado but overall, I would give it a 7/10.

Breakfast Butter Croissant
Kelvin got a Breakfast Butter Croissant $13 (Butter Croissant, Scrambled Egg, Honey Bacon, Pork Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Garden Salad with Balsamic Dressing served on a wooden pan)  which is the best Croissant ever!!! The egg was creamy and cheesy without being overwhelming while the croissant was freshly crisp and warm. Hands down 10/10. - Seems to be off the menu since October :(

Honey Paprika Crispy Wings
We also tried the Honey Paprika Crispy Wings $10 (Wings, Honey Spices) which is a must try at Lola's Cafe. The honey glaze really brings out the crispiness in the wings, which reminds me of Korean fried chicken. 9/10

Other brunch items - the Mushroom Melt $11 (Brioche Bread laid with Swiss White Mushroom and Mozzarella Cheese and Cream) and the Lola's Full Monty Breakfast $15 (Brioche Bread, Pork Sausages, Honey Bacon, Pork Ham, Scrambled Eggs) are also worth trying!
